- I live in Florida out in the country where I raise and care for exotic and endangered Geese, Turkeys, Pheasants, Peacocks, Guineas and Chickens along with my twin pups, Maverick and Miss Murphy. I write children's books about all the real life adventures with my cleft palate pups.My first children's book recently came out it is about love, acceptance, and how to handle bullies, it will show children to accept the differences in themselves as well as others. I also have a 25 acre ranch where I raise Texas Longhorn Cattle. Look for all the photos and videos I have posted on this blog and my website, www.rascalsrescueranch.com. Don't forget part of our proceeds are donated to "Operation Smile" to help with reconstruction surgery for kids with Cleft palate.
